Terms of Service
Nature of Service
W3bIT provides web design, development, and SEO services. Every project is unique and is governed by a separate Service Agreement that outlines the specific scope, price, and timeline for that work.
Payment and Fees
Our services are provided for a fixed, one-time fee. A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed. All payments are non-refundable once work on the design phase has commenced.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the full copyright to the custom source code, design assets, and content created specifically for your project. W3bIT retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limited Liability
W3bIT provides services on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that your website will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for that specific project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
Use of AI-assisted tools
W3bIT uses modern AI-assisted development and design tools as part of our production workflow. All deliverables are reviewed, refined, tested, and approved by a member of our team before delivery. By engaging W3bIT for any service, you acknowledge and consent to the use of these tools in the creation of your website, source code, copy, and visual assets. This disclosure is included to ensure full transparency and to comply with truthful-advertising principles.
