  • Most projects launch within 1–3 weeks of approval. Landing pages can ship in under a week. Bigger e-commerce builds take 3–6 weeks.
  • Not always. We're a small team of three and we cap how many projects we take on at once to keep quality high. Availability is confirmed within one business day after you send a request.
  • Yes — and we're upfront about it. We use modern AI-assisted development tools alongside our own design and engineering work. This is how we deliver professional results at a fraction of typical agency prices. Every site is reviewed, refined, tested, and customized by a real person on our team before it ships. This is also disclosed in our service agreement.
  • Yes. Our packages are fixed, one-time prices. You can optionally add hosting & maintenance for a small monthly fee, but it's never required.
  • Completely. We hand over the source code, design assets, and any accounts. You can host it anywhere and edit it however you like.
  • By default we deploy to Cloudflare, which is fast, secure, and effectively free for most small business sites. We can also deploy to your existing host.
  • Yes — bilingual EN/FR is included in Standard and Premium packages and available as an add-on for Starter.
  • Every site we build ships with strong technical SEO foundations: clean markup, structured data, sitemaps, fast loading, mobile-first design. The Premium package includes deeper keyword and content work.
  • Small tweaks within the first 30 days are free. After that, we offer hourly support or you can edit the site yourself — we'll show you how.
  • If we haven't started design work, full refund. After design starts, we refund unused work pro-rated.
